pkmega conducts identity verification in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time at pkmega's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your pkmega account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkmega does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. pkmega accepts only deposits made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be processed after a Player has completed KYC verification in full. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, pkmega will contact the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal route.
pkmega aims to process withdrawal requests within one to three business days of approval. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is subject to delay.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are communicated within the Player's account dashboard. pkmega reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests prior to processing.

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager — subsequent changes do not affect confirmed bets.
Where a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, pkmega reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to Players' balances. Market-specific rules for abandonment scenarios are available within each betting market.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match betting. During live matches, odds may be suspended temporarily. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkmega platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

Upon account closure, pkmega will return any verified real fund balance to the Player via the original deposit method, less any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned upon account termination for breach.

Where changes are material, pkmega will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the pkmega platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkmega holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to the pkmega support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory body under pkmega's operating licence.
